Server

The requirements for this position are:
You are 19 years of age and have obtained your Serve-It-Right certificate. (we are a fully licensed restaurant)
No experience is required as you will be trained to meet Our Company Service Standards.
You must be available to work any day of the week with a variety of daytime and evening shifts. We are open 7 days and week and most holidays.

Chef’s Assistant/Dishwasher

Your main responsibilities will be washing dishes, pots, pans, putting them away, cleanliness of all kitchen areas including prep kitchen emptying garbage and compost, recycling, sweeping, washing floors, cleaning of equipment and bathrooms.This is an entry level position with no experience required as you will be trained to our Company’s high service standards. This opportunity is perfect for those interested in pursuing a career in the culinary field as you will be assisting our chefs and cooks with food preparation.
The following are the assets and skills we are looking for:

You have great flexibility in your schedule and are available to work day, evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.
You have your Food Safe Certificate
You must be physically fit as you will be required to lift and carry goods and small equipment up a flight of stairs.

Line Cook

The requirements for this position are as follows:
– Food Safe Certificate
– Professional appearance
– A good level of maturity and confidence
– Current First Aid Certificate is an asset

The Responsibilities for the position of Cook are:
– Ensure set-up is complete for service
– Ensure food preparation and presentation meets our high standards
– Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are met and maintained
– Ensure kitchen is to standard for service
– Receiving and proper storage of deliveries
– Maintain food costs, minimizing waste, utilizing products efficiently
– Assisting with catering and special events
– Other duties as required

You must be able to work holiday, weekends, days and evenings as required
